During the challenging times brought about by COVID-19, Jollibee stepped up to support low-income families and communities severely impacted by the pandemic. They organized a "live" online concert featuring one of the country's most renowned singers, Regine Velasquez, in support of the beneficiaries of the Jollibee Group's FoodAID program. Throughout the concert, viewers were encouraged to donate, with bank details flashed periodically.

 

As the Account Manager, I was entrusted with the task of collaborating with our creative team to develop social media content promoting the concert. Additionally, I worked closely with our social media team to ensure that all content was posted according to the approved timeline across different platforms. Crucially, I also coordinated with a supplier to ensure that all necessary equipment and internet requirements were in place to facilitate seamless streaming of the concert.
